EVASION OF THE ORDER
All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) by 2.00 pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time have no guarantee of same-day departure and will therefore be shipped the first day after that is not a holiday. Orders with payment by bank transfer will always be shipped after the actual crediting determined by the currency of the same. Shipping times

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (restrictions may apply in specific countries)
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (and subsequent updates)) by communicating to LaMorell.it the trademark of the company LaMorell sas, the intention not to want to keep one or more items purchased and requesting a refund or any exchange with another item. At this point the buyer can send the material to be returned by courier with transport costs to the following address: LaMorell sas at Via Rossini 18 - 20023 Cerro Maggiore (MI). In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, therefore complete with any packaging, seals, labels, various accessories supplied. Failing this, we reserve the right to charge the buyer a penalty ranging from 60 to 80% of the value of the product purchased. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Purchase made for business and / or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
Any product that does not retain the original features and equipment possessed at the time of purchase (for example, missing a label or simple breakage of the package). If the purchased good is not intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). Refund Method

You will receive within a very short time an answer with acceptance or denial, depending on the case, together with clear instructions for making the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by LaMorell.it, a trademark of the company LaMorell sas in writing.
Requirements necessary to obtain Replacement or Refund
All returned products (except in the case of replacement under warranty) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in "like new" condition and ready to be resold. All original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrapping must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will then be returned to the sender with a charge for transport costs or held with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value based on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.

On our site the user also has the possibility to proceed with postponed payment by cash on delivery, or by paying his order in cash directly to the courier (maximum spending limits are foreseen). WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Manufacturer's Warranty
Each product distributed by LaMorell.it brand of the company LaMorell sas, enjoys the Official Warranty of the Producer in the terms indicated by Italian law. Starting from the date of delivery of the product, the buyer is covered by a warranty period of 24 months if he purchased the product personally or 12 months if he purchased for professional purposes (purchase with VAT number).
