The management of your order
Shipments are generally handled within one working day from the actual receipt of payment and are carried out by FEDEX and DHL with tracking service for EU shipments. Whichever type of shipment you choose, you will be provided with a link to track your package online. We do not ship on holidays and Saturdays.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment and will be counted directly in the cart. Check your cart to get the exact quotation.
We recommend that you group your items in one order to save on overall shipping costs. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will always be charged for each of them.
In the case of cash on delivery shipments, an additional management cost of € 3.00 will be applied to the total (method usable only in Italy). In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will take place only upon actual receipt of the payment by us, generally within 2-3 working days from sending the bank transfer.
Shipping is free only in Italy for orders over € 75.00 (the cost of the items is considered including taxes). The cost of managing the cash on delivery is always calculated separately.
It is also possible to collect your order in person at our headquarters in Cerro Maggiore (MI) - Italy at no additional cost. It is necessary to wait for the confirmation email from us before proceeding with the collection on site.
